March 1953 Started import of "PIONJAR" Drilling/Breaking Machine from Bergman-Borr AB (Present Atlas Copco Construction Tools AB), Sweden.
January 1956 Started import of Ilmenite from Australia.
January 1957 Started import of "DICALITE" Diatomite from Grefco Inc., U.S.A.
August 1958 Concluded Exclusive Agency Contract on Nisso-WARMAN® Pumps with Nisso Steel Co., Ltd.(Present Pacific Metals Co., Ltd.※)
※Later, Pacific Machinery & Engineering Co., Ltd. was spun off from Pacific Metals Co., Ltd.
January 1963 Started import of Zircon Sand from Westralian Sands Ltd., Australia.
March 1964 Licence of the Construction Business approved by the Ministry of Construction (Present Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism).
April 1969 Started import of Iron Ore from Australia for Yawata lron & Steel Co., Ltd. (Present NIPPON STEEL CORPORATION)
August 1973 Started import of Malaysian timbers and Export of various valve Products.
January 1974 Licence of the Construction Business approved by the Ministry of Construction (Present Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism).
January 1978 Concluded Exclusive Distributorship Agreement on Zircon Sand with Westralian Sands Ltd., Australia.
May 1979 Concluded the Exclusive Agency Agreement with Hidrostal AG, Switzerland.
October 1980 Started import Leucoxene from Westralian Sands Ltd., Australia.
October 1982 Started sales and rental of Semi-shield Tunneling Machine Manufactured by Rasa Industries, Ltd.
June 1983 Concluded License Agreement for Pre-rotation System between Hidrostal AG, Switzerland, Pacific Metals Co., Ltd.(Present Pacific Machinery & Engineering Co., Ltd.), and our Company.
February 1984 Concluded Sales and Licence Agreement with Feluwa Schlesiger & Co., KG, Germany.
July 1986 Concluded the Exclusive Agency Agreement for Takasago-PAM Pump.
February 1989 Concluded the Exclusive Agency Agreement for High Pressure Piston Pump with Putzmeister-Werk Maschinenfabrik GmbH, Germany.
March 1994 Concluded Exclusive Sales Agreement primarily for Mechanical Seal, etc. with Burgman, Germany.
October 1994 Concluded Exclusive Sales Agreement for "Moyno" Progressing Cavity Pump with Robbins & Myers, Inc., U.S.A.
March 1995 Started development of treating Waste Incinerated Ashes into Fused Artificial Rock (PARA-ECO-Recycling System), jointly with Pacific Metals Co., Ltd.
January 1996 Started import of WARMAN® GSL Pumps for Flue Gas Desulphurisation Systems from Warman International Ltd. (Present Weir Mineral Australia Ltd.), Australia.
March 1998 Renewed Exclusive Distributorship Agreement on Zircon Sand Concluded in April 1977 with Westralian Sands Ltd., Australia. Included additionally llmenite and Leucoxene in this agreement.
April 1998 Started import of "COBRA mk1" new breaking machine from Atlas Copco Berema AB, Sweden.
July 1999 Started preparation of constructing Demonstration plant and test working of PARA-ECO-Recycling System at Pacific Metals Co., Ltd.
November 2000 Concluded Exclusive Sales Agreement for Displacement Pump with PHILTEC Co., Ltd., Korea.
August 2002 Concluded Sole Distribution Agreement with Vogelsang GmbH, Germany.
January 2004 Concluded Exclusive Agent Agreement for products manufactured by Maeda Seisakusho Co., Ltd. in Australian and New Zealand markets among Maeda Seisakusho Co., Ltd.. P.A. Construction Equipment Co., Ltd. (Australia) and our Company.
October 2005 Licence of the Electrical work and approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
February 2006 Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section.
March 2007 Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section.
April 2007 Shanghai Rep,Office was established.
October 2011 Relocated Headquarters.
January 2012 Acquired major share of Izumi Co., Ltd.
April 2014 Singapore Rep,Office was established.
December 2014 Acquired major share of Asahitech Co., Ltd
February 2015 Incorporated Rasa Real Estate Co., Ltd through incorporation-type company split.
April 2017 Singapore Branch was established.
