trading company, no constrain by any of manufacturers
exists so that we are able to handle machineries manufactured
by various manufacturers in both Japan and overseas that
suit customer’s needs. Our ranges of products are
selected based on the standpoint of customers, and most
products are easy to be maintained and can be used over
a long period of time. Warman pumps are a representative
products and can be used semipermanently by replacing
only their components, while the replacement of maintenance
works can also be carried out at the site without having
to bring the pumps to a maintenance factory. Based on
these ranges of products, our business relationships
with customers extend over a long period through our
good maintenance works and services, and they have become
the source supporting the profitability of the industrial
and construction machineries business in general. |

| The main products being handled by us
are a various kinds of pumps and construction machineries
such as portable drilling/breaking machines and semi-shield
tunneling machines. Warman pumps, mainstay of our products,
are anti-corrosion and anti-erosion pumps that suit many
fields and diverse applications. They are widely used
in a variety of industrial sectors and have been maintaining
top market share for nearly the past fifty years. Our
specially designed Hidrostal pumps have been adopted
at many sewage treatment facilities and night soil treatment
plants in Japan, and as they are able to pump solids
in a liquid without destroying its shape, we also supply
them to the food product industry and the chemical industry
as well as to domestic fishing industry. |

| The marketing policy of the industrial
and construction machineries business is to emphasize
to make proposals directly to customers at work sites,
where various kinds of proposals are made through the
actual work sites. To present improved proposals that
suit customer’s on-site needs, it is essential
to make efforts to ensure closer communications with
customers, and the pursuit of technical knowledges and
experiences is also indispensable. Furthermore, to enhance
our marketing efficiency and enable finely tuned responses
to customer’s needs, we have established seven
branches and seven sales offices in major cities throughout
Japan, and we operate three machinery centers that serve
as bases for the machinery maintenance works and the
distribution of parts. |
